South Shore Works Talks Values

South Shore Works engaged in a Values Leadership Framework hosted by the Obama Foundation. The team learned how to delve into the integral values a leader should posses, and discussed with their colleagues about what they want from each other and the organization as an entity. Special thanks to the Community Program Accelerator for making their space available to the SSW team after a two-year pause due to COVID. The organization members were grateful to be able to interact with each other in person after months of online meetings, and were excited to engage in meaningful and apropos conversation about the future direction of South Shore Works' values and leadership.
