This has been a difficult year for so many, and City Colleges has opportunities for students to get extra financial support as they head into the classroom this fall.
- The ACE scholarship program: Eligible students can earn $1,000 during their first semester of college and receive a laptop to keep. Eligible students are:
Class of 2020 graduates from Chicago Public Schools (or affiliated Options Schools) who have never been enrolled in college
Class of 2021 graduates from Chicago Public Schools (or affiliated Options Schools) who have not been enrolled in college as of August 9, 2021, and who live in any of the following zip codes:

Future Ready: Offers short-term certificate and continuing education programs in high-demand fieldsat no cost to qualifying Chicagoans. Students can prepare for careers in industry areas as diverse as healthcare, transportation, technology, and more – in programs that range from four days to three semesters.
